Welcome to MedLyft's website.Our company provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Service (NEMT). We work with (NEMT) Brokers, they are the agencies that administers and coordinates  with Private, Medicare, Medicaid and State  Children  Health Insurance Programs (CHIP) in Virginia.

We are committed to providing our clients with timely transportation service. To schedule a ride please give us a call at 540-299-0412. If you are experiencing issues with your scheduled appointment we will work with you to reschedule any non-critical trips.

Transparency is always important to us, but especially in times like these. We will work to keep everyone we serve informed as the situation evolves.

For this very reason we wanted to share an update on our actions to deter and prevent the spread of COVID-19 (the coronavirus).

Some of the actions we've taken include the following:

We've maintained Detailed Sanitation Records for each vehicle in our fleet. We've implemented the CDC guidelines to insure the safety of our clients and our drivers, from contracting COVID-19 coronavirus. Our drivers wear recommended PPE.

To help reduce your risk of contracting the COVID-19 (the coronavirus) we recommend the following:

Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol based hand rub. Cover nose and mouth with flexed elbow or tissue when coughing and sneezing. Dispose of tissue immediately. Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms. Stay home when sick. Frequently clean touched surfaces and objects.
